Why...

- don't some online poker players check the auto post blind/ante box? Every round we have to wait for these morons to post their blind/ante while valuable seconds go by.

- do some hold'em players take forever to decide whether they are going to call or fold preflop? There are only a few starting hands worth calling one bet on and even fewer worth calling two bets on. Fold, call, or raise preflop, you don't need to waste valuable seconds deciding what to do. Time is money.

I purposely look for tables with a high hand per hour stat, but it always seems soon after I sit down that some morons follow me and drop the game rate in half.

I agree with you about the auto post check box. I never did understand why some players will not hit it. Question

A while ago, when fulltiltpoker was in their beta period, you could sit down at a play money table with Howard Letterer, Chris Ferguson (sorry if I'm mispelling their names) or any of the several pros behind the room. There was an amazing thing going on, no one wanted to play fast. Each player would practically run out the clock, even preflop. I'm not sure why, but it had something to do with the pro. Even for play money no one wanted to look bad in front of the pro. Anyway, it was interesting getting to play at a table with a tourament pro, but the pace of the game was torture.
