Those who think that they can get away with what they've been doing to me
should read these laws.
Key words here are "engages in a course of conduct" and "physical or mental
disability. Other key words include "long arm statute" which means that if
you live somewhere else, that can still be covered.
I have standing to file a PRIVATE CRIMINAL COMPLAINT regarding this conduct,
which means that *I* am the one who presses charges.
18 PA §5504 (Harassment By Communication)
(a.1) Stalking by communication or address.--A person commits the crime of
stalking by communication or address when the person engatges in a course of
conduct or repeatedly communicates to another under circumstances which
demonstrate or communicate either of the following:
1.. An intent to place such other person in reasonable fear of bodily
injury.
2.. An intent to cause substantial emotional distress to such other
person.
This is a first-degree misdemeanor.

Please indicate which physical or "mental disability" you
self-identify, so that we may comply more fully with the law.
If we don't know what you think your disability is, we CERTAINLY cannot
be discriminating against you in any way because of it. OBVIOUSLY.
Your failure to do so will be seen, BY THE PUBLIC AT LARGE, to
invalidate your claim at protection, of any kind, due to your putative
disability.
It will also confirm your disingenuous nature, which has been ascribed
to you bu the presiding judge in Federal Court decision. Of course.
Does this have something to do with the Psychiatric Exam which Judge
Kelly ordered you to submit to? You know, the where one you showed
your disobedience to his order by virtue of ignoring? |
