What is a Private Criminal Complaint? A Private Criminal Complaint is a
complaint filed by a private citizen, rather than the District Attorney,
alleging that the defendant violated the criminal laws of Pennsylvania. In
Philadelphia, the District Attorney typically focuses on the prosecution of
serious felonies. The District Attorney does not have enough resources to
prosecute all felonies and misdemeanors. The Private Criminal Complaint
Process was established in Philadelphia to allow individual citizens to
bring misdemeanor charges in the event the District Attorney does not.

who lived in a hotel. He was well known among the workers of Philly,
residents and the police. Word on the street was that he fathered a son.
The more and more I heard about Gordo's background, I added 2+2 and got
Center City Sam's son without question is Ray Gordon. |

Okay but you have to admit the similarities are frightening. He was very

Ray, as usual, you seem to forget important facts. You just can't bring
charges because you think they should be brought. You need to go back
to the Philly courts and read the procedure. Court has to sign off.
You also don't necessarily go to trial on these charges. There are
safeguards that will boot false accusations right out of the court. You
need to learn the basics of criminal law. Your attempts at playing
lawyer are laughable. Watching Law and Order doesn't mean you can play
an attorney.
Ray/Gordon will never use this medium successfully. He will also never
use this because he is afraid of what might happen. False criminal
accusations carry more than just monetary penalities. The risk will
always scare him off.
This posting is clearly another of Ray's trolls. He must be feeling
neglected.
Ray, can you say hi to your mom for me. It has been a while. Probably
still need to go for that cup of coffee. I can explain what they teach
you the first day of law school or a police academy about criminal law
and the necessary elements. Might get you a start. Remember the
question that I asked you numerous times that you seem afraid to answer,
Have you ever arrested anyone? 7-11 isn't my usual place but understand
you have a bit of phobia about other normal places. Not into strip
clubs that you like to write about so I guess coffee at 7-11 will have
to do.
